We have served on many boards, participated in mergers & acquisitions at companies including Micromuse (IBM acquistion $865M), LeftHand Networks (HP acquisition, $360M), and Spinnaker Networks (NetApp acquisition $300M) and many others. Our team has held executive management positions at Dell, Hewlett-Packard, NetApp, BMC Software, Red Hat Software, Dot Hill, Pervasive Software and more than 20 start-up technology companies.
